Before welding
Welding job
Use when the work is not yet welded. Record the applicable WPS, drawing, manufacturer data or workshop reference; enter the actual setup; correct mismatches; complete checks; then photograph and review.
Help and user guide
WeldCheck keeps preparation, visible observations, decisions and reports together without pretending a photograph can certify a weld.
Before welding
Use when the work is not yet welded. Record the applicable WPS, drawing, manufacturer data or workshop reference; enter the actual setup; correct mismatches; complete checks; then photograph and review.
Already welded
Use when only the finished weld is available. Record what is known, add a clear photograph and save the visible-surface assessment. WeldCheck does not invent or approve missing pre-weld settings.
Skills development
Choose one of six sourced beginner exercises, follow its steps, record the real setup, inspect the surface and repeat the attempt to compare changes.
For a real welding job, obtain the applicable welding information from the organisation controlling the work. WeldCheck compares what you record against that reference; it is not the source of the requirement.
The result separates visible observations, the assessment reason, items to review and limitations. Confirm whether it matches what you can see; corrections never overwrite the original result. A supervised condition set can be added separately to record an exact, partial or no-match reference comparison.
Open any saved inspection to print or save an A4 PDF report. History also provides a spreadsheet for analysis and a full JSON backup for recovery. JSON is a technical backup, not the normal report.
